Building furniture has always been integral to my house design. I design to fit the space and function needed using materials that I find readily available. I often build using left over wood, found furniture and materials. I re-purpose and design to make use of what I have to turn it into something I can use. New pieces are designed as assemble yourself following in the path of my favorite artists Donald Judd.
