If you are not sure what counts as clean imagine what you expect in a well maintained hotel, both inside the rooms and on the exterior of building.
1. Personal belongings removed from property.
2. Trash bins no more than half full, and stored on property.

3. No trash or large items left on street.
4. Person hardware removed, wall patched and painted.
5. Interior house cleaning complete.
6. Exterior house cleaning complete.

1. Machine wash furniture covers and pillows.

1. Ashes removed, inside vacuumed, doors, glass & screens scrubbed.
EXTERIOR.
1. Siding & under eaves clean of dust and cobwebs.


5. MOVE OUT CLEANING.

Includes all recommended daily, weekly, monthly and yearly items, PLUS the following.

REMOVAL OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND HARDWARE.
1. Remove furniture, art hooks, shelves, mirrors, anything tenant installed.
HOLES IN WALLS.
1. Well patched, sanded & painted to match existing color and sheen.
WALLS, BASEBOARD & CROWN MOLDING.
1. Walls, clean/repaint scuff marks, smoke damage of candles, stains/other.
2. Walls, clean/repaint dust stains that buildup around furniture, art/mirrors.
3. Crown molding cleaned if there is any.
4. Base board clean of scuff marks.
LIGHTING.
1. Light bulbs work & match what was provided, check dimmer function.

BATHROOM & KITCHEN.
1. Faucets shine with no water stains or calcium buildup.
2. Tile surfaces scrubbed & bleach especially at grout in corners.
3. Appliances clean behind & underneath.
4. Cook top & oven broiler & burners clean, drip pans replace if needed.
5. All drains work, water exits quickly, no hair has been left in drains.
6. Toilet flushes & lid works.
7. Shower curtains & rods are clean & functional or replaced by tenant.
WINDOW CURTAINS.
1. Check they are functional & not falling off wall.
HEATERS & AIR CONDITIONING.
1. Clean units inside & outside & replace or clean filters.
EXTERIOR.
1. Removal of any cables, satellite or other equipment installed by tenant.
2. Trash bins not over full & large item pick up done before inspection day.
