SUMMARY OF LANDCAPE MAINTENANCE.

AREAS + ITEMS INCLUDED IN LANDSCAPE.
1. Includes all outdoor areas, yards, patios, plants and potted plants.
2. Plants include all grass, flowers, vines, hedges and trees.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN LANDSCAPE.
1. Water by hand all plants.
2. Weed by hand around plants that would be damaged by weed whacker.
3. Grass maintained cut and edged.
4. Clean all yards and patios of weeds, leaves, debris and trash.
5. Prune all plants to maintain size, form and edges.
6. Tree canopy max. 8-12’ height/diameter, canopy start 6’ above ground.
FREQUENCY.
1. Weekly/monthly water, weed, cut grass, clean yards/patios, and prune.
3. Monthly/yearly prune larger trees, fertilize and seed grass.

HEDGE PRUNING.
1. Prune sides flat within 6" of trunk and 12” total depth.
2. Prune tops level with tops of window frames of the house.
VINE PRUNING.
1. Prune face and edges to keep off adjacent plants, wires or buildings.
TREE PRUNING FOR CITRUS.
1. Small with multiple trunks are preferred as shown in photos.
TREE PRUNNING FOR OLIVES.
1. Multiple trunks are preferred as shown in photos.
