1. LEASE START DATE: Vacancy date or max 15 days from tour date.
2. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 1 year minimum, 2 year preferred.
3. DEPOSIT: 1.5x monthly rent w/FICO over 750, otherwise 2x.
4. UTILITIES : None included in rent.
5. PETS: $500 non-refundable fee, extra monthly rent $50 cat, $75 dog.*
