2. Lease addendum.
ADDITIONAL LEASE DOCUMENTS TO SIGN MAY INCLUDE.
1. Depending on property and applicant there may be additional lease docs.
2. Pet Agreement, typically used is a form from AOA .
3. Co-Signer, typically used is a form from AOA.
4. Utility Addendum, typically used is a form from Livable.
DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.
1. Federal law requires that tenants are provided information on lead paint.

3. This document does not need to be signed.
OWNER ACTIONS TO CONFIRM LEASE.
1. After tenant payments and signed docs are received the owner will sign.
2. Owner will email copy of fully signed docs tenants for their records.
3. Lease not final/binding until signed by both parties & payments received.
